<description><![CDATA[You mention it being hard to skin a dogfish. I was given a tip which makes life so much easier.  Hold the dog fish with pliers by the tail and pour boiling water all over then imediately run under the cold tap.  The skin can then be removed by scraping a knife along the fish. I always use this method and it really works]]></description>
